The premise is that most of the advantage of a larger, stronger opponent comes from superior reach and more powerful strikes, which are negated when grappling on the ground. We offer both a with Gi and NoGi program. |

Cardio Kickboxing
This is one of the most popular fitness trends to hit gyms in recent years. This intense, total-body workout guarantees to tighten and tone! The instructor will take you through a sequence of intense punching and kicking combinations using a heavy bag. Additional conditioning drills will be included to ensure that you burn plenty of calories and music will be blasting to ensure you are having fun doing it. Be prepared to work up a sweat! |

Muay Thai Fit
In this class, techniques practiced include kicks, punches and the extensive use of knees and elbows. Muay Thai is an effective martial art originally from Thailand and distinguishes itself from western kickboxing and other standup martial arts by 3 things: the clinch, the Thai low kick and the Thai roundhouse.
