Boxing: This is a physically demanding class that will focus on the fundamentals of the sport of boxing. The class is ideal for anyone from for the less experienced wanting to learn the art of boxing to the serious MMA fighter looking to better their “stand-up” fighting.
Cardio Boxing: This class will allow you to personally experience why boxers are in such great shape! The instructor will take you through a series of intense punching drills guaranteed to tone up those arms and shoulders. The hour long class will also target legs and core to ensure a total body workout. Be prepared to work up a sweat!
Cardio Kickboxing: Cardio kickboxing is one of the most popular fitness trends to hit gyms in recent years. This intense, total-body workout guarantees to tighten and tone! The instructor will take you through a sequence of punching and kicking combinations using a heavy bag. Additional conditioning drills will be included to ensure that you burn plenty of calories and music will be blasting to ensure you are having fun doing it!
Circuit Training: Circuit training is a combination of high-intensity aerobics and resistance training designed to be easy to follow and targets fat loss, muscle building and cardiovascular fitness. The instructor will lead you through a rotation of exercises designed to target every major muscle group. The class is perfect for participants of all ages and abilities because it is easily tailored to meet the fitness goals of each individual.
CrossFit: CrossFit is a strength and conditioning fitness methodology that combines weightlifting, sprinting, and gymnastics. The class is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience.
Flexibility & Conditioning: A person's flexibility refers to the ability of your joints to move through a full range of motion. Using the approach of a world-class gymnast, this class will go through a series of movements designed to increase your flexibility while incorporating exercises to raise each participants’ level of conditioning as well.
Grappling: Recognized as Jiu Jitsu for MMA, grappling will focus on taking your opponent to the ground while maintaining dominant control with a heavy emphasis on transitioning for submissions. The instructor will also touch on how to counter submissions and submission defense. This class is a must for those of you looking to strengthen your MMA skillset!
Jiu Jitsu: Considered by many to be the “back-bone” of MMA, jiu jitsu emphasizes ground fighting techniques and submission holds involving joint-locks and chokeholds. The premise is that most of the advantage of a larger, stronger opponent comes from superior reach and more powerful strikes, which are negated when grappling on the ground.
Kids Boxing: If your kid is ready to master the art of boxing, or you simply think they could use a good workout in a safe environment, look no further! In addition to teaching basic boxing techniques from jabs to hooks to footwork to mastering defense, the instructor will help each kid to gain over-all confidence along with exercise knowledge they will be able to use for life.
Kids Wrestling: Designed for youth ages 5 to 11, this class focuses on improving balance, technique, and building fundamental skills in wrestling within a safe, positive environment.
MMA: This is the class to attend if you are looking to learn the fundamentals of mixed martial arts. From basic boxing striking to Muay-Thai kickboxing, to submission holds and Jiu-Jitsu, this is an ideal environment for fighters of all levels. Muay Thai: In this class, techniques practiced include kicks, punches and the extensive use of knees and elbows. Muay Thai is an effective martial art originally from Thailand and distinguishes itself from western kickboxing and other standup martial arts by 3 things: the clinch, the Thai low kick and the Thai roundhouse.
Wrestling: From drilling to learning highly technical moves, this class is designed to prepare each participant to reach your wrestling goals. Whether you aspire to win nationals, get recruited to a collegiate program, or to simply stay fit through the practice of a sport you love, ATT Altitude will guide you to achieve your maximum potential.
Yoga: Specifically tailored for the athletically minded individual, this yoga class will guide you to practice strengthening and lengthening while enhancing your connection to breathe. Through dedication to yoga, you will see improvement in balance, flexibility, core strength, endurance, as well as a greater mind-body connection.
Warm Yoga: Warm Yoga is tailored toward intense flexibility while incorporating balance, coordination and core training utilizing yoga styles such as Vinyasa and Power Yoga. Power Yoga provides a vigorous fitness based approach to yoga while Vinyasa provides breathe synchronized sequences. This combination allows for a lot of variety and versatility. This class is for all fitness levels.
Yoga / Pilates Mix: Providing body conditioning routines that seek flexibility, strength, core training, endurance as well as balance and coordination. This class is for everyone from the elite athlete to the beginner exerciser. In addition, the Pilates and yoga combination increases circulation and helps sculpt the body while strengthening the bodys core. Yoga and pilates training will ensure that you will have better posture, be less prone to injury and experience better over all health.
Kid Fit Program:
This class is designed to educate and encourage children of many ages to learn how to be physically fit and have fun. This class will stimulate your child both physically and mentally! Recommended age group is 5 years and up.
