Call to Physical Training!

ATT Altitude is the gym for everyone. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Mixed Martial Arts, Boxing, and CrossFit Elite Strength Training.

Athletic training isn’t exclusive. Rather we have created a community of athletes and athletically minded people who realize that this is the cutting edge of training. We train together and learn together. Come to the gym and join a class. Your first session is on us. Invest in yourself. We’ll program you for success.

Introduction to CrossFit

The intro to CrossFit program is designed to ramp you up to advanced CrossFit in 12 specific CrossFit sessions, approx 30 minutes each, in a 30 day window…$70. These sessions are scaled to fit the beginner. Develop your knowledge of the exercises and understand the benefits from your personal experience.
Change and variability is the credo of the responsible coach. We’re passionate about CrossFit. We fully understand what we do is a little over the top. Everyone can accomplish the work-outs. What’s your game?

At the gym we answer the same question every day. “What do you guys do here?” We train, and then we train some more and then when we’re so tired we can’t see straight we have a little nightcap -another hour or two of training… Walk into the gym any time of the day and someone is either beginning or ending  MMA, boxing or strength training. Why do they do this? Do I have to be like these other over-cranked athletes to train here?

Here are some criteria for you to consider:

  • How do I feel today, and everyday?
  • Without summing up my life in front of the mirror, do I need to move my body?
  • Could I use some guidance and assistance to learn how to work out properly?
  • Is the treadmill really the answer to all my problems or can I participate in a training path that is more creative and challenging?
  • Could I list my goals if pressed into action to do so?
  • Am I ready to begin?

This is a short explanation of what the programs entail.

Boxing -The most incredible workout in the universe. Scalable and challenging if you allow the coach to push you forward. Men and women of all ages do very well in our Cardio kickboxing class.

Muay Thai Kickboxing -This is a martial art in the truest sense of the word. Learn to move with a sense of strategy, develop your kicks, punches, elbows, and improve your coordination, cardio vascular/respiratory fitness, and strength.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu -Hold still and look at the floor. That’s were this fight takes place. Whether your goal  is fitness, self defense, or professional ring sports ground work is important. 80% of all fights and personal attacks end up on the ground. This is a must do kind of sport. If you like the chess game, love wearing a judo gi, and really want to improve your self esteem, body awareness and athletic ability then this class is for you. Our Jiu-Jitsu instructors are masters of this craft. We say in Jiu-Jitsu ” a true friend is a friend who introduces you to Jiu-Jitsu”.

CrossFit -Elite strength and conditioning training. This is the foundation. A program to  develop functional strength and a group workout where you can learn the exercise mechanics, Olympic lifts, power lifts, kettlebells, etc… This is a coached training program, we keep your scores from the beginning and you are always on the clock.

MMA -This is the fight in the cage. This training path needs actual experience. It involves all modalities in the gym. Mix up Jiu-Jitsu, Muay Thai, and strength training and you have an intro to what MMA is all about.

Read on. Come to the gym to train. There is no proof like actual proof.
